History : From Racing Lambrettas web site I saw a DL in action during 1969 Motogiro d'ITalia and I was really tempted...couldn't resist and after finding the right scooter in Naples the restoration begun with a special race engine 

Engine : Engine block from LI 150  long type 175 TV conrod polished, "IMOLA" conversion 185 cm3, carbon fibre reed valve, Dell'Orto carb 30 ml, Expansion chamber with one off silencer, uprated chain tensioner, electronic ignition, 5 plates clutch conversion 

Fuel tank : Fiberglass 16 litersi 

Disk brake: off a DL 200 blasted and rectified disk, reverse pull conversion  

Seat: Giuliari slope back 

Colour: original Tourquoise 

Various: Center spare wheel with modified tool box door, nylon lined cables
